Einar Guðnason has resigned as coach of Víkingur after the team was relegated from the Besta League this summer. Einar took over the team in mid-summer last year when the team was in relegation trouble and he managed to keep the team afloat.
Einar Guðnason will not remain as coach of the women's championship team at Víkingur, but the club has decided to terminate his contract.
