With the acquisition of AI start-up Omnius, the IT service provider Adesso in Dortmund wants to expand its insurance platform with AI agents for automated damage processing. Omnius should retain its name and the current leadership, even for the existing customers should not change. Adesso CEO Mark Lohweber and his company "will become a leading partner for the productive implementation of AI" in the German-speaking market.
Adesso is now one of the first "Select partners" in Anthropics Claude Partner Network. The IT service provider wants to accompany customers from all industries on their way to agent-based corporate management.
