The East Jakarta District Court panel of judges in an interim decision dismissed the prosecutor's indictment against Tifauzia Tyassuma regarding Jokowi's diploma.
The first hearing was held on August 6.
JPNN.com - The Public Prosecutor (JPU) has again submitted the case file of Tifauzia Tyassuma or Doctor Tifa to the East Jakarta District Court (PN), regarding alleged defamation of character over allegations of fake diplomas of the 7th President of the Republic of Indonesia, Joko Widodo (Jokowi).
The Public Prosecutor (PU) returned the case file against Jokowi, filed by Dr. Tifa, to the East Jakarta District Court after amending the indictment. The first hearing is scheduled for August 6, 2026.
The Attorney General's Office (AGO) revealed its considerations for returning the case of defendant Tifauzia Tyassuma alias Doctor Tifa to the East Jakarta District Court.
