On Monday, 5 October, the Ministry of the Interior (Mininter) announced the initiation of an investigation following the dissemination of audio-visual material containing alleged expressions of violence related to the life and integrity of the President of the Republic. The proceedings are carried out by the Directorate against Terrorism (Dircote) of the Peruvian National Police (PNP).
The Mininter reported that the Dircote investigates a video with alleged violent expressions against Keiko Fujimori and sent a report to the Public Prosecutor's Office.
