- Financial terms were not disclosed, and the transaction remains subject to standard regulatory approvals before finalization, the companies said.
- Decathlon Chief Business Officer for Europe Jérémy Angelard said the company must improve its footprint in 'a huge part of the sports market that we are touching, but not at the speed that we want.
