Roberto Morales Ojeda, member of the Political Bureau and Secretary of Organization of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Cuba, denounced the 30 years of the signing of the Helms-Burton Act, approved on March 12, 1996 by the United States government.
Bruno Rodríguez Parrilla, Minister of Foreign Affairs, today highlighted the principle of extraterritoriality of the Helms-Burton Act, with regard to the 30th anniversary of the signing of this provision, which internationalizes the embargo on Cuba.
