Tree city status for Geelong

For the fourth consecutive year Geelong is a tree city of the world. Tree Cities of the World status is awarded by the Food and Agriculture Organisation of the United Nations and acknowledges cities that meet global standards in urban tree management. Covington, Erlanger named 2025 Tree Cities USA

The Arbor Day Foundation has named both Covington and Erlanger a Tree City USA for 2025. This will be the 22nd year Covington has been recognized, and the fourth year Erlanger has been recognized.
