The President of the European Council today said he hoped that negotiations on the EU's next long-term budget, by 2028-2034, would not last five days and four nights, as in 2020.
The President of the European Council, António Costa, launched this week his annual 'Tour for Capitals', a round of visits to EU leaders focused on seeking their views to prepare the ground for the upcoming international summits, this time with particular attention to the European Union's next long-term budget.
