A study by a group of scientists has shown that Marine Protected Areas are a tool that really works for the recovery of declining areas and manage to increase both the variety and the quantity of fish. Moreover, this improvement occurs even in situations of sea heat waves, when these protected areas resist much better those phenomena derived from climate change.
