“The European Union and its leaders have clearly condemned the glorification of the late war criminal Ratko Mladic and the way Serbia has paid tribute to the man who managed the genocide.

The examples cited by Vučić, his associates and the media close to them are not necessarily fabricated and false. On the contrary, there was glorification of convicted war criminals throughout the region. The problem is that their statements are intended to show the public that celebrating a war criminal is acceptable because someone else was doing it too.
