TORONTO --  The City of Toronto’s outside workers, represented by the Toronto Civic Employees Union (CUPE Local 416), have voted in favour of ratifying their new collective agreement. This agreement covers nearly 6000 workers in the Outside Division. The vote took place on December 18.
