Christian Darrisaw said he has ‘definitely come a long way’ since a 2024 knee surgery
Darrisaw said he feels the best he has in two years after a left-knee injury that cost him multiple games and an injured reserve stint.
Vikings tackle Darrisaw reports feeling "the best I've felt in two years" while recovering from a severe left knee injury sustained against the Los Angeles Rams.
During a game against the Los Angeles Rams, Darrisaw tore multiple ligaments in his left knee and was placed on injured reserve on Dec. 19, 2025, after sitting out multiple games.
"It definitely came across my mind," Darrisaw said regarding doubts throughout his recovery, noting his body "wasn't responding the way I wanted it to" upon return to the field.
The Vikings confirmed Darrisaw took a scheduled rest day on Saturday, the first public training camp session, with pads set to go on Monday after weekend recovery.
"Just stay healthy and go out there and dominate," Darrisaw said, setting his primary objective as the Vikings prepare for the season ahead.
