Chief Minister VD Satheesan said that the zoo located in Thiruvananthapuram city should be shifted to an area adjacent to the forest like Neyyar. He also clarified that care giving courses like those in Europe will be started in Kerala. He said that maximum central schemes will be implemented in the state.
