A San Diego man was arrested Friday in connection with a fatal hit-and-run in Logan Heights, San Diego police said. Police said Erick Rios, 31, was identified as the driver of a white 2015 Chevrolet Silverado that hit a 49-year-old woman in a marked crosswalk at 3 a.m. on Aug. 1.
