Shareholders with the Monticello- and Buffalo-based healthcare provider Stellis Health agreed to move forward with plan that will become official in 2027.

The two organizations already have a history of collaboration, including at CentraCare-Monticello hospital, where Stellis physicians provide care. The move comes as Minnesota’s healthcare systems face increasing financial pressures.
