Car veers off road, hits four people on Annapolis sidewalk
Four people were hurt Saturday afternoon when a car went off the road on Compromise Street in Annapolis and struck pedestrians on the sidewalk.The incident happened near the St. Mary's Street intersection just after 3 p.m. Two of the victims were flown to the hospital while two others suffered minor injuries.The driver of the car was not hurt and police are still investigating what caused the driver to go off the road.
