BUDAPEST, Hungary (AP) — Josh Kerr added the Ultimate Championship to his unforgettable season Sunday, grabbing the lead on the last lap and winning the 1,500 meters in 3 minutes, 29.35 seconds.
Josh Kerr won the 1500m title at the World Athletics Ultimate Championships in Budapest on Sunday after timing his run perfectly. The Briton finished in 3:29.35, holding off a charge from Cameron Myers, who chased him down to the finish and finished in 3:29.68. Australian Myers won the Diamond Trophy earlier this month.
