"Montenegro must have a clear legal limit to attempts to present war criminals as heroes, to glorify their deeds and thus insult the victims, relativize war crimes and encourage new divisions in society," they announced.

"After the recent events and public messages that reopened the issue of the relationship towards war criminals and their victims, it has become even clearer that Montenegro must have a precise and effective legal mechanism that will protect the dignity of victims and prevent the normalization of war criminal ideology," the statement of the Bosniak Party (BS) points out.
