In Raipur, a young man climbed onto the bonnet of a car to stop his girlfriend and was dragged along with the car for about 200 meters. He then fell onto the road. According to police, the car then ran over him, killing him. The deceased has been identified as Parampreet Singh. Based on CCTV footage, police have registered a case of prima facie murder.
