WILLMAR — The Minnesota Department of Public Safety’s Bureau of Criminal Apprehension identified the individuals involved in a use-of-force incident that occurred March 13 in Appleton. Brandon Corbett, 32, and Sujin Corbett, 36, both residents of Appleton, were identified in the investigation. Swift County Sheriff’s Deputy Matt Siefkes had fired his department-issued firearm.
