Aritzia Presents Its Five-Year Strategic Plan
The women’s fashion retailer also plans 220 stores, about $2 billion in capital spending and roughly $2 billion in share repurchases over five years.
On Tuesday, Aritzia announced plans to generate between $9.5 billion and $10.5 billion in net revenue by fiscal 2032, representing a 15% to 17% compound annual growth rate.
Aritzia CEO Jennifer Wong said the five-year plan builds on "tremendous momentum in our business and the proven growth levers that have driven our success," leveraging United States strength.
By fiscal 2032, the retailer targets 220 boutiques driven by 12 to 14 annual openings in the United States, while returning approximately $2 billion to shareholders through share repurchases.
Executives are providing further details on these targets during an investor day conference in New York on Tuesday, outlining long-term operational and financial strategies.
Beyond North America, Aritzia aims to elevate its brand globally; management cautioned that actual results could differ materially from targets due to economic and competitive factors.
Aritzia indicates that it plans to increase its net turnover to between $9.5 billion and $10.5 billion in fiscal year 2032 as part of its five-year strategic plan.
