Albanese says the Pacific Islands Forum should decide its own agenda as Beijing warns of consequences over Taiwan’s presence and five leaders skip the meeting.
The annual summit of the Pacific Islands Forum (PIF) is being held in Palau, a Pacific island nation (from August 30 to September 4).
