In the Polish town of Legnica, the police arrested a 26-year-old woman on charges of violence and assault against two 13-year-old Ukrainian adolescents and threatened her with up to 7.5 years ' imprisonment.
Three Ukrainian teenagers were allegedly attacked by a 26-year-old woman in Legnica, Lower Silesia, because they were speaking to each other in their native language. The woman was charged with using violence because of the victims' nationality. "She admitted to hitting the children, but denied that she acted out of xenophobic motives," prosecutor Liliana Łukasiewicz, spokesperson for the District Prosecutor's Office in Legnica, told "Fakt."
