America's Got Talent Winner Nene Royal Joins Avenged Sevenfold Onstage
The 16-year-old America’s Got Talent winner performed a rock cover set before returning for Avenged Sevenfold’s “Bat Country” and “Unholy Confessions.”
On Oct 13, the 16-year-old Got Talent winner Nene Royal opened for Avenged Sevenfold at Singapore Indoor Stadium, performing rock covers for the audience.
Royal, who won Got Talent last month, was added to the Avenged Sevenfold concert lineup following her victory on the competition series.
During her opening set, Royal performed covers of Muse's 'Hysteria,' Soundgarden's 'Black Hole Sun,' and Rage Against the Machine's 'Killing in the Name.'
The band later invited Royal back to the stage during their headlining set to perform 'Bat Country' and 'Unholy Confessions' with Avenged Sevenfold.
Royal plans to focus on original music next. 'My next thing for me is doing some of my own songs,' she said.
