Officers of the Cetinje Security Department, in coordination with the Basic State Prosecutor's Office in Cetinje and by order of the acting state prosecutor, deprived them of their liberty.
They add that the Cetinje police took measures and actions regarding the report of the non-governmental organization "Ruka-Šapi", along with which a video was submitted in which an unknown person can be seen abusing and hitting a dog in a street in Cetinje.
The Cetinje police deprived V.D. (49) from that city on suspicion of torturing a dog.
"On that occasion, he informed the police officers that he had beaten the dog, stating that it was his dog of the Cane Corso breed.
