伊勢ひかり病院で消防訓練　病院火災想定、患者役を避難誘導　三重

【伊勢】三重県伊勢市御薗町の伊勢ひかり病院で14日、火災を想定した市消防本部との合同消防訓練があり、病院職員と消防隊の計約90人が参加した。 秋季全国火災予防運動に合わせ、病院が一昨年に新築移転してから初めての合同訓練を実施。病棟２階の浴室から出火し、２人が逃げ遅れたと想定した。火災を知らせるアナウンスが流れ、職員が消防へ通報。職員でつくる自衛消防隊が初期消火にあたり、院内にいた患者役を屋外階段を使って避難誘導した。消防隊が到着すると、２階にいた逃げ遅れ者役をはしごを使って救助し、続いて建物に向かって一斉放水した。 訓練後の講評で市消防本部の西村守予防課長は「患者の安全を確保し、消防隊が到着するまでの任務分担が確実にできるよう心得ておくことが重要になる」と述べた。 堂本洋一院長は「訓練での課題を洗い出し、今後にいかしたい。有事での職員の役割分担を明確にし、徹底したい」と話していた。
