5 people fall through thin ice in Massachusetts while filming video: ‘Absolutely not safe’

Five people were hospitalized after they fell through an icy pond in Acton Monday while filming a video, the town’s fire chief said. The incident happened at Nara Park, Fire Chief Anita Arnum said in a press release. When fire crews got to the park, several people had already come out of the pond, which had "thin, choppy ice." The rest were able to walk out of the water themselves.
