Left-wing opposition candidate Yamandú Orsi won Sunday's second round of Uruguay's presidential election. With 87 percent of the vote counted, the official count gave him 49.3 percent of the votes cast. His conservative challenger Álvaro Delgado has already conceded defeat, Reuters reported on Monday night.
