KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- Police have identified the victim of a deadly shooting on Sunday as a missing teen who had disappeared only a day prior in Independence, Missouri.  According to the Independence Police Department (IPD), at about 8:30 p.m. Saturday, 19-year-old Preston Bell was last seen being forced into a Chevrolet Malibu near South Brookside Avenue and East Wilson Road in Kansas City, Missouri.
