Rome, 14 November 2024 — Sting for Ryanair. The low-cost airline will have to reimburse more than one and a half million euros to consumers who have incurred extra check-in costs. This was established by the Competition and Market Authority, closing with commitments the investigation initiated against the Irish carrier for possible incorrect commercial practice in violation of articles 21 and 22 of the Consumer Code.
