Attacks on foreign food suppliers in Croatia

Three foreign workers were injured last night in Split in three attacks by hooligans in just a few hours, and so far four young men have been arrested, one of them a minor.

Tri strana radnika povređena su sinoć u Splitu u tri napada huligana u svega nekoliko sati, a zasad su uhapšena četvorica mlađih muškaraca, od kojih jedan maloletan.

There were four separate attacks on foreign nationals in Split on Friday evening, and in all four cases it was attacks on deliverymen. According to the Croatian police, several people were injured in the incidents, and one of the delivery drivers received serious injuries.

V Splitu so se v petek zvečer zgodili štirje ločeni napadi na tuje državljane, v vseh štirih primerih pa je šlo za napade na dostavljavce. Po navedbah hrvaške policije je bilo v incidentih poškodovanih več ljudi, eden od dostavljavcev je dobil hujše poškodbe.

Last night, there were several attacks on food delivery people in Split, and all of them had one thing in common: they were foreign nationals. In the first attack, one person was slightly injured and taken to the hospital. Two other men were slightly injured in several attacks. The police have already arrested the perpetrators, and all other details are still being investigated.

Sinoči je v Splitu prišlo do več napadov na dostavljavce hrane, vsem napadenim pa je bilo skupno, da so tuji državljani. V prvem napadu je bila ena oseba lažje poškodovana in odpeljana v bolnišnico. V več napadih pa sta bila lažje poškodovana še dva moška. Policija je storilce že prijela, vse ostale podrobnosti pa še preiskujejo.
