The 17-year-old activist Nila Ibrahimi from Afghanistan has won the International Children's Peace Prize 2024, the KidsRights foundation announced on Tuesday. Ibrahimi receives the prize for her work for the rights of girls in Afghanistan. The prize was awarded in the Nieuwe Kerk in Amsterdam.
