The passenger catamaran Princ Zadra, which ran aground last night along the island of Premuda in Croatia, almost completely sank today. Only a small part of the vessel is visible from the sea. According to Croatian media, water began to enter the stern, causing the 40-meter catamaran to sink.

Potniški katamaran Princ Zadra, ki je sinoči nasedel na čer vzdolž otoka Premuda na Hrvaškem, je danes skoraj povsem potonil. Iz morja gleda le še manjši del plovila. Po navedbah hrvaških medijev je v krmo začela vdirati voda, ki je povzročila, da se je 40-metrski katamaran potopil.

Potniki, ki so v petek zvečer od Zadra pluli proti otokom v tamkajšnjem arhipelagu, so na morju doživeli pravo pustolovščino. Njihov katamaran je nasedel na čeri pri Premudi, odrejena je bila evakuacija, na pomoč so jim prihiteli otočani s svojimi ladjicami in drug trajekt. The catamaran "Prince of Zadar" has sunk, 24sata has learned. At the place where the sinking occurred, the depth of the sea is about 50 meters. As reported by the ministry, the ship ran aground on the Bračići rock on Friday around 6:20 p.m. The first to come to the rescue were the locals from Premuda, about twenty of them, who started the rescue operation with ten boats... There were 70 passengers on the catamaran at the time of the accident...

Katamaran "Princ Zadra" je potonuo, doznaju 24sata. Na mjestu gdje je došlo do potonuća dubina mora je oko 50 metara. Kako su izvijestili iz ministarstva do nasukavanja broda na hrid Bračići došlo je u petak oko 18.20 sati. Prvi su u pomoć stigli mještani s Premude, njih dvadesetak, koji su u akciju spašavanja krenuli s deset brodova... Na katamaranu je za vrijeme havarije bilo 70 putnika...
