Refund & Cancellation PolicyCancellation and refund policies differ according to the payment method.If you purchased your subscription through a third party, please refer to any terms and conditions provided to you in connection with your purchase.If your educational institution purchased a group subscription, please contact your institution’s administrator to contact Ground News Education. For products that have been purchased directly through the Ground News website, you may submit a refund request to the Ground News support team. 1) Requests made within 48 hours of original purchase will be given a full refund minus any transaction fees, if applicable.2) After 48 hours: Once you submit a request, your refund will be prorated according to how many months remain on your subscription minus any transaction fees, if applicable.3) After 7 days: You will not receive a refund, prorated or otherwise, for the remainder of the annual term. However, your subscription access and/or delivery and accompanying subscriber benefits will continue for the remainder of the current annual billing period.* We can only refund active subscriptions and are unable to refund subscriptions that have already ended.* We do not provide any refunds if the price of a subscription plan is reduced due to subsequent promotional pricing.* We cannot refund promotional offers or gift subscriptions.CancellationYour Ground News subscription will automatically renew until canceled by you. You can cancel your subscription at any time through the platform where your subscription was originally purchased. You must cancel at least 24 hours prior to the renewal of the subscription term to avoid additional charges. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the features you’ve paid for for the duration of your subscription period. Your original purchase information can be found on your Ground News Account, as well as the original product receipt (delivered via email, upon purchase). If you have purchased your subscription directly through the Ground News website, you can manage your subscription via the account page. You may also contact our support team for assistance. If you purchased a group subscription or if you were provided one by your institution, please have your administrator contact our support team to manage the plans or cancel any orders.If you purchased your Ground News subscription via the Apple App Store, Google Play Store or PayPal, you will have to cancel your subscription on their respective platforms:a) I purchased through Apple App Storeb) I purchased through Google Playc) I purchased through PayPal
