Denver, Colorado · DenverJimmy Lee Chavez was arrested at his home Tuesday, according to a statement from the Lakewood police. Chavez is accused of fleeing Friday night after hitting Engdahl, who was walking near the intersection of West 23rd Ave. and Kipling St. The 29 year old later died from his injuries.
