VVD leader Dilan Yesilgöz sees an initial coalition formation with the "engine block" of D66, CDA, and VVD as a possible option. "That's a possibility," Yesilgöz said Monday after her meeting with scout Wouter Koolmees, although she indicated her strong preference is for a center-right coalition of four or five parties.
Scout Wouter Koolmees advises to continue the cabinet formation by having D66 and CDA draw up a "positive agenda."
