At first, Martin Way looks like it’s going nowhere; a dead end with little in the way of engagement. A closer inspection, however, finds the short span of roadway, immediately south of the former Elm Ford car lot, contains colorful buildings, a distinctive “he shed,” and a connection to the State Theatre.
