LUMPKIN COUNTY — A White County teenager died Tuesday afternoon in a two-vehicle crash west of Cleveland. The Georgia State Patrol said the wreck happened at 3:59 p.m. at the intersection of Town Creek Church Road and Carriage Court in Lumpkin County.
