A federal judge in Nevada ordered the release of Jorge Javier Rodríguez Cabrera, a Cuban businessman allegedly linked to Raúl Castro’s grandson, known as “El Cangrejo.” Rodríguez Cabrera had been arrested by the Immigration and Customs Control Service (ICE) and had been in custody for months, despite his legal representative’s argument that his arrest “was lacking an individualized justification.”
Cuban businessman Jorge Rodríguez Cabrera, linked to the Cuban regime, was released in Nevada following a legal appeal. His company, Gran Azul LLC, grew rapidly in the United States, raising suspicions about its financing.
