Longview-area voters on Tuesday approved bond funding for a new downtown parking facility as well as a $55 million bond measure in Pine Tree ISD.

Watervliet school bond approved by voters; Bloomingdale Township voters reject road millage

A few elections were held around Southwest Michigan Tuesday. In Berrien County, Watervliet was the only community with anything to decide, but there were some important questions. Watervliet Public Schools asked voters to approve a $13.5 million bond proposal for facilities improvements. The voters said yes, approving the bond on a 51% to 48% vote.
