DES MOINES, Iowa -- Police in Des Moines are seeking help from the public to locate a man wanted for allegedly sexually abusing a child. The Des Moines Police Department is hoping tips will lead to the arrest of Jermaine Tyrone Patton, 46. DMPD said Patton has active felony warrants for sexual abuse of a child.
