The Prime Minister explained in a separate video why he would not give an interview to Telex.
In his latest Facebook post, the Prime Minister responded to Telex's request for an interview with him. Viktor Orbán clearly stated that he does not give interviews to foreign-funded media outlets because they are "not sovereign people, but are carrying out an assignment."
It's thought-provoking when a country's prime minister can add this much to the child poverty data: let's come back to it in the next broadcast.
A press organization that is paid from abroad cannot be interviewed, Viktor Orbán stated in his Facebook video when asked why Telex had not yet been given the opportunity to do so. As he put it, a conversation in which two sovereign people do not participate is meaningless.
