KINGSTON, N.Y. — It is becoming more mathematically apparent that there is no road to victory for incumbent Legislator Thomas Corcoran. At the end of the day Thursday, Corcoran, R-Marlborough, was trailing Democratic newcomer Laura Donovan 1,174-1,135, a 39-vote spread.
