Two in three Brits stay up late just for uninterrupted ‘me time’

Two in three Brits deliberately stay up late to enjoy uninterrupted 'me time', with 87% for Gen Z and 42% for Baby Boomers.
Nearly eight in 10 use late evening hours to concentrate without interruption, and 27% are simply more productive at night.
The research was commissioned by Samsung to celebrate the launch of its new Galaxy S26 Ultra's low-light video feature Nightography.
