On Wednesday, December 3 at 4:13 p.m., a traffic crash occurred in the city of Flint on Fleming Rd. near W. Myrtle Avenue. The on-scene investigation revealed that victim 2, Rhashanda Rachel Benedict F/W/11-04-1989, was operating a white Chevrolet Express Van southbound on Fleming Rd. and crossed over the centerline striking a red GMC Sierra traveling northbound on Fleming Rd. head-on and causing the Sierra to overturn.
