China has launched an unmanned "lifeboat" to the Tiangong space station, ending a month-long fiasco. The spacecraft will eventually ferry home the marooned Shenzhou-21 crew, who have been stuck without a return capsule for over a week.
China has launched an unmanned supply ship to the Tiangong space station, which will later serve the three-person crew to return.
Because of a spaceship exchange, three astronauts are located on the Tiangong space station without a return option. China has now launched a replacement companion.
After several days of uncertainty, the Chinese space agency announces the launch of a new capsule to repatriate the three Taikonauts of the Shenzhou-21 mission blocked in the Tiangong station
China will not have left its arms on. The problems encountered by the taikonauts in orbit will be finally resolved with this new launch.
For almost 10 days, three Chinese Taikonauts were on board the Tiangong Space Station without any rescue ships. In the event of an absolute emergency, they were simply condemned.
