The peasant producers are still in negotiations in the Chamber of Deputies, in order to achieve even more changes to those already made in the ruling that will issue the new Water Law. They said that, if no agreements were reached, tomorrow they could start again the mobilizations and demonstrate as they did last week, blocking road points, in different parts of the country.

Tijuana, December 1.- Agricultural producers of Zacatecas keep the road system that crosses the entity collapsed, not satisfied by the next approval of the General Law of National Waters, in the Congress of the Union. Hundreds of private transporters and motorists are standing, after the peasants practically blocked the entrances and exits to the metropolitan area of the three main cities of the entity: Fresnillo, Guadalupe and Zacatecas.
