The PSOE has filed a brief before the judge of the National High Court Ismael Moreno rejecting the claim of the rest of the popular accusations, commanded by the PP, to expel them from the proceedings after the head of the Central Court of Instruction No. 2, which instructs in this organ part of the Koldo case, has opened a separate piece to investigate the money payments made by the party to former minister Ábalos and his advisor Koldo García.
