Governor Rogelio Frigerio accompanied Argentine Foreign Minister Pablo Quirno to the meeting with his Uruguayan counterpart to discuss the proposed plant in Paysandú. There, he reaffirmed that the relocation is strategic for protecting tourism and the sustainable development of the entire Uruguay River coast.
