Saugus district prepares for the Great Kindness Challenge

The Saugus Union School District’s governing board approved a resolution Tuesday evening for its participation in the Great Kindness Challenge, which kicks off Jan. 23, with the purpose of having students and families perform as many kind deeds as possible.   The Great Kindness Challenge was launched in 2011 by Kids for Peace, a nonprofit based in Carlsbad.
